My Morning Routine

Something that I get asked about quite a bit is my morning routine ... 

I am not perfect at it, but would say I hit all of them 90% of the time.

Habits are work in progress... 

I keep a note in my phone that I have my ideal wake up time, series of things to do with expected times, and then "time to get ready"... I checkmark each task once finished -- I will attach picture below.

MORNING ROUTINE

WAKE UP: 5:00 AM

- [ ] Bathroom/Wake - 10 Minutes

- [ ] Breathing Power Moment - 5 Minutes

- [ ] Hot Lemon/Salt/Honey Water - 5 Minutes

- [ ] Spiritual Reading - 10 Minutes

- [ ] Daily Gratitude Prayer - 5 Minutes

- [ ] Meditate - 5 Minutes

- [ ] Journal - 10 Minutes

- [ ] Yoga / Stretch - 10 Minutes

- [ ] Cardio - 10 Minutes

- [ ] Weights - 30 Minutes

- [ ] Business Reading - 20 Minutes

- [ ] Get Ready - 30 Minutes

- Total Time - 2:45

READY FOR DAY: 7:45 AM

After writing and rereading this, realized I need to add 30 min for wife and 30 min for kids and start my workday at 9:00 AM -- So we will see how that goes lol.
